You connect your own Google account and a Make.com or Zapier account once (free plans work within their monthly limits). After that, every new inquiry runs through the same four steps.

What do I need?

A Google account (Forms, Sheets, and Gmail) and a Make.com or Zapier account. Free plans work within their monthly limits.

How long is setup?

About 30–45 minutes the first time, including one test inquiry. See the setup steps.

Does it replace me?

No. It logs each inquiry and sends a friendly confirmation. You still reply personally and do the booking.
